When we get older,
we have a tendency to fondly look back,
and reminisce about the the good old days.

It is best perhaps,
that we tend to remember the good things
and forget the bad ones.

But don't dwell on the past or try to live there.
Also remember that the future is still in God's hands.
Concentrate on the present, for it is here
that we live, it is here that we make choices,
it is here that, along with the sorrow,
we can find joy and peace.
