breakfast at the Chalfonte

We had a continental breakfast each morning,
while on our personal retreat.
This is one of the dining rooms
at this very old Victorian style hotel...
looked to be, originally, a ball room.
We were among the few guests during our stay...
the Chalfonte was closing for the season...
no heating for the winter.
Kinda reminded me of the hotel in "The Shining".

It was a wonderful time, with wonderful friends.
