simple fare

There is a diner style restaurant
not too far from where I live
that, every Wednesday,
serves “all you can eat”
stuffed peppers.

Now I happen to love their stuffed peppers.

And, yes, I did take another one...
after the first.

A simple meal, but, along with
their creamy coleslaw, red beets,
and coffee (of course),
I am a happy camper.

I even skipped desert.
