harbinger...

my harbinger of Spring

I look for this flower to bloom each year.
It grows in our yard and I think each
year someone will step on it.
It is all alone and is very small,
even compared to other croccus.

It bloomed on March 21^st this year.

Here at the Doyle homestead,
it was officially Spring.
