Even if this meal looks really good
there is something missing.
If you guessed that it is missing
a decent amount of carbs,
you are right.
This is a low carb meal...
in prep for a pet scan.
I don't know about you but
after a couple of days
with little to no carbs...
I'm ready for some potatoes,
or pasta, and some
We do tend to miss things
we are used to...
when we don't get them.
And... no matter how much we already have,
we want even more.
It is good for mind, body and soul
to, at least occasionally, deny ourselves.
