March 27, 2011 (Proverbs 25:11)

A word aptly spoken

“A word aptly spoken
is like apples of gold
in settings of silver.”
- Proverbs 25:11 NIV

Saying the right word or words
at just the right time
is a thing of beauty.

When reading the Bible
ask the Holy Spirit
to guide you.
He will speak,
through God’s Word
to your unique
situation and need.

And when comforting (or
gently reproving) others
ask the Hold Spirit to guide
your words so they
may become a blessing
to the hearer.
