comes from Thee“Our Father, we know that everything
beautiful and true and good comes from Thee
and that everything ugly and false and wrong
comes from our trying to live our lives without Thee.
Help us to understand that we cannot be successful
in anything or ever happy or content
without Thy help.
Help us to understand that these bodies of ours
are nothing without the spirit,
which is the life, within.
Help us to learn to draw strength
and joy and courage for all our needs
